All DCA values are rounded to meet the minimum amount required by the exchange. This could result in the platform rounding above your input value. Please refer to the exchange you are trading on and their minimum order sizes.
You can choose between 3 different DCA types: Scaled, Manual and Liquidation
For scaled you define how your DCA increases every level. Max active orders: Define the maximum amount of active orders that are placed on the exchange. For example, if you have 5 DCA and input "1" here then only 1 will DCA will be active and placed on the exchange. Once the first DCA is filled the second will be placed and so on. Base size type: You can choose between Dollar and Percentage. Note: percent is based on TOTAL account balance and not based on available balance. Entry size: This is your position size, so not margin based. Example: if you select Dollar and enter 100, a $100 position will be opened. Order type: Market, Limit or Post only. Market will open an order directly for the current market value Limit and Post only will place an order in the orderbook and will follow until it is filled. Number orders: maximum number of DCA’s. Price deviation: Input the percent from your entry price you want your first DCA to be placed. For example, if you input 1% and enter a short trade at a price of $100 then the bot will place a DCA at $101. Step scale: Input the multiplier for your second DCA as far as percent from your original entry price. For example, if your first DCA is placed 1% away and you use "2" here then the next DCA will be placed 2% away from your first DCA and the next will be placed 4% away and so on. Volume scale: Input the multiplier for the size of your DCA. For example, if you input "2" here and your first DCA is $100 then your second DCA will be $200.
For manual you can define every dca by hand. Max active orders: Define the maximum amount of active orders that are placed on the exchange. For example, if you have 5 DCA and input "1" here then only 1 will DCA will be active and placed on the exchange. Once the first DCA is filled the second will be placed and so on. Size: Enter the desired amount in dollars or percentage. Size Type: Select whether you want to use a value in dollars (USD) or a percent of your total account for each trade. Note: percent is based on TOTAL account not based on available balance. Percent from Entry: enter the percentage from your entry where this DCA should run. Order Type: Select the order type you want to use. Limit and Post Only will follow the orderbook until they are filled. Market will open immediately. Press the ADD button and repeat this for each DCA you want to define.
Liquidation DCA based on liquidations means that a liquidation needs to occur in the defined range. The bot will not DCA without a liquidation event! Sources: Select the source(s) of liquidation you would like considered to enter a trade. Note, VWAP and Volume will be based off the exchange you are trading. For example, if you are using Bybit USDT and have Binance selected here, it will use the VWAP and Min/Max volume from Bybit USDT but will add in Binance liquidation events. Minimum Liquidation Size: Enter the minimum liquidation in dollars (USD) that must occur prior to consider opening a position. Use VWAP’s: When turned on you can define a vwap size, timeframe and period.
Range start: Input the percent from your current entry price you want a DCA range to begin. For example, if you input 5% here then you will not get any DCA until current price is 5% away from your average entry price. Range end: Input the percent from your current entry price you want a DCA range to end. For example, if your DCA range starts at 5% and ends at 10% then you will have X ("Number of Orders") buys that are possible when current price is 5% to 10% away from your average entry price. Size: Enter the desired amount in dollars or percentage. Size Type: Select whether you want to use a value in dollars (USD) or a percent of your total account for each trade. Note: percent is based on TOTAL account not based on available balance. Number of orders: Input the maximum number of DCAs you want if your VWAP (if enabled) and liquidation conditions are met for the particular range you are creating.
